Student cum Teacher

The children i teach English, now have taught me Malayalam in return and have rubbed off my cursive handwriting. They need me to write on the white board in non-cursive handwriting. So i had to practice writing in the other form, making it eligible thousand times.

I have become their student.

Have learnt lots from them.

"The Child is the father of Man"- i had not understood what it actually meant, and why Wordsworth Uncle said so, at the moment i can explain it for 800 words.

The teaching experience have diverted my motive from doing the B.ed course. I am not made for that. Teaching requires large amount of patience, and yes a good lungs. Every time after a class, i kind of have chest pain or headache. And that reminds me of all my teachers and how grateful we should  be towards them.

NB  The govt. schools in my area still follow the old Grammar Translation Method. Feel pathetic about the students. We really need a revolution in our educational system. Who cares that when all are behind the "SOLAR" System.
