Emotional Tolerance

1. Patience when around granny and mum.
2. Endurance when words with spikes come towards u.
3. Ignorance - act as if u didnt hear when those say things u shudnt hear. One among them is sujathas murmers.
4. Anger mangement - write down when u are angry instead blurting out anger swelled words.
5. Silence - Sometimes, being silent saves lots of energy as well as some relationships u can't break off till death.
6. Don't give your much valuable and mind-blowing ideas and suggestion when not asked for because those that didn't cost anything is never valued by some ordinary people.
7. If u don't want to smile or laugh simply to please the worst jokes, just keep calm and give pokerface.
8. In such tensed situations, indulge in whatever u like. If u can see any green somewhere near, coubt the days u can reach to it.
9. Think of worst events that had happened to u in the oast, if u coukd survive them, then this one to will be merely a memory after few months.
